Optimizing Respiratory Therapy Serivces: A Continuum of Care from Hospital to Home Survey
Since October 2009, the CRTO has been engaged in a HealthForceOntario funded initiative aimed at developing a model for the provision of respiratory therapy services for patients requiring long-term ventilation in the community. RRT - Anaesthesia Assistants (RRT-AA) Survey
The CRTO is examining issues related to RRTs working as Anaesthesia Assistants (RRT-AAs) and exploring the concept of an advanced practice role. We are inviting all hospital-based RRTs who assist with anesthesia, in and out of the OR, to complete a short survey. The information obtained from the survey will assist Council in making decisions around the Anesthesia Assistant role.
