Mandatory Termination Reports

Under the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA) employers, managers and partners have a legal obligation to report concerns regarding sexual abuse and certain information regarding termination of employment. These reports are also known as "mandatory" reports. The following fact sheets explain the reporting process for:
