The CRTO has been working with Behind the Scenes (“BTS”), a documentary company specializing in short-form public television stories highlighting specific industries and topics, to create a documentary entitled “Respiratory Therapy: Managing the Shift from Hospital to Home”. With the growing number and complexity of patients with respiratory care diseases in the community, the role of Respiratory Therapists is more important than ever in order to provide optimal care to patients in the home care/community setting. The documentary highlights the expanding and critical role RTs play in the transition of patients to the home / community environment.
