Public Register of Members

The register is the public record of information about individual Respiratory Therapists. As of June 2009, certain information about members must be publicly available on the College Web site. In addition, this information is available by contacting the College in person.

Please note the Public Register is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance on the database. The online access to the register will be back up shortly. If you require information about a member please contact Ania Walsh at 416-591-7800 x. 25 or by email at walsh@crto.on.ca.  

The list of publicly available information includes:

  1. Member’s name (and former name).
  2. Member's registration number.
  3. Member’s business contact information.
  4. Whether a Member holds active or inactive status.
  5. Any terms, conditions and limitations imposed on a Member’s certificate of registration.
  6. Any suspensions or revocations of a Member’s certificate of registration including suspension/revocation for non-payment of fees.
  7. Information about discipline and incapacity proceedings against a Member.
  8. Where a matter has been referred to Discipline but not yet resolved,
    • a notation of that fact, including the date of the renewal;
    • a statement of the purpose of the hearing; and
    • any hearing times, dates and location including times, dates for and location for the continuation of the hearing.
  9. Any finding of professional negligence or malpractice made by a court against a Member.
  10. Information related to health professions corporations.
