The Office of the Fairness Commissioner (OFC) has been established to ensure that registration practices are transparent, objective, impartial and fair. As part of its obligations to the OFC the CRTO is required to submit a registration practices report annually.
Submissions
Chapter 3 (s. 3.01) of the 2009 Annual Report from the Office of the Auditor General highlighted some concerns regarding the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) and specifically mentioned Respiratory Therapists working in the home care sector. The CRTO submitted a response to the report and has subsequently received a reply from the Auditor General.
