Si vous mettez fin \u00e0 l\u2019emploi d\u2019un TR (y compris durant la p\u00e9riode de probation), ou si vous r\u00e9voquez, suspendez ou imposez des restrictions \u00e0 sa pratique au sein de votre \u00e9tablissement pour des raisons d\u2019inconduite professionnelle, d\u2019incomp\u00e9tence ou d\u2019incapacit\u00e9, vous devez en faire rapport au CRTO. Si un TR d\u00e9missionne afin d\u2019\u00e9viter une r\u00e9vocation, une suspension ou une restriction, vous \u00eates tout de m\u00eame tenu de soumettre un rapport au CRTO indiquant que vous aviez l\u2019intention de prendre une telle mesure.<\/p>\r\n<p>M\u00eame si vous n\u2019avez pris aucune des mesures ci-dessus, vous \u00eates \u00e9galement tenu de soumettre un rapport au CRTO dans les 30 jours si vous avez des motifs raisonnables de croire qu\u2019un TR de votre \u00e9tablissement est incomp\u00e9tent, incapable ou a commis des abus sexuels envers un patient.
