    Leading the development and implementation of key governance initiatives in accordance with the CRTO’s strategic direction.

    Manager, Communications
    Manages strategic communications & initiatives including web site, e-bulletins, TwitterTM and LinkedInTM.
  • Manager, Professional Conduct
    Ext. 30
    Oversees the investigations, complaints, and discipline hearings processes and provides support to the ICRC, Fitness to Practice, and Discipline Committees.
  • Manager, Registration
    Registration processes and member data/information management
  • IT & Database Specialist
    IT support and technical services including database, Members login area and renewal maintenance.
  • Coordinator, Professional Programs
    Performs administrative functions associated with all registration processes and provides support to the Registration Committee.
  • Manager, Quality Practice
    Ext. 24
    Day-to-day management of all aspects of the CRTO’s Professional Development Program and provide professional practice guidance to CRTO staff, members, and external stakeholders.
  • Finance & Office Coordinator

    Responsible for assisting CRTO staff with day-to-day operations and functionality.
  • Professional Conduct Associate
    Ext. 29
    Assists in the day-to-day administration of processes related to Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee, Discipline Committee, and Fitness to Practice Committee.
