The CRTO registration year runs from March 1 to the last day in February. Initial registration fees are prorated on a quarterly basis, as follows:

All fees are payable in Canadian funds. Payment can be made by one of the following:
- Cheque payable to the CRTO
- Money Order payable to the CRTO
- Visa / MasterCard
Members of the CRTO are required to renew their registration on an annual basis. The annual registration renewal fee is $650.
