The following matters have been referred to the Discipline Committee

All discipline hearings are open to the public, unless there is an order to close all or part of a hearing. If you are interested in observing a CRTO discipline hearing please review CRTO’s Code of Conduct for Public Observers.

No one other than the hearing support technician and court reporters may record or broadcast the hearing or take photos or screen captures of it without the Committee’s authorization. See s. 29 of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act.
