Council Meeting Information and Accessibility 

The Council Meeting Agenda and supporting materials are typically posted approximately two weeks before each meeting. All Council packages, minutes, and meeting highlights are available in French upon request by contacting the Office of the Registrar at officeofregistrar@crto.on.ca. Status updates on Council matters can also be obtained upon request at the same address. Please note that the agenda and Council materials are subject to approval at the meeting, and minutes from the most recent meeting will not be published until they have been approved at the following Council meeting. For copies of historical minutes, please contact the College at officeofregistrar@crto.on.ca.
